AS YOU LIKE IT
Written by William Shakespeare
June 4 – July 5 | 2026
A promenade performance in and around the monastic Ruins at the Trappist Monastery Provincial Heritage Park.
Run time approx: 2.5 hours including intermission.
Orlando “then love me, Rosalind”
Rosalind “Yes, faith will I, Friday and Saturdays and all”
One of Shakespeare’s greatest comedies; in As You Like It, you get love-at-first-sight, banishment, an incognito heroine, and a groovy jazz bar where all the cool cats hang! Cheekily inspired by the HBO hit series White Lotus, welcome to the spa La Forêt D’Ardenne, where desire blooms and you are free to discover the transformative power of love.
The beautiful Trappist Monastery Park provides the perfect setting for the quiet, stylish, and restorative magic of La Forêt D’Ardenne, the heart of Shakespeare’s beloved pastoral comedy – which hasn’t been produced by SIR since 2004! Primed for a revival, join us and delight in such rich variety of characters: the brilliant Rosalind; the lovesick Orlando; the witty Touchstone; and the melancholic Jaques, who famously exclaims “All the world is a stage, and all the men and women merely players…”
